Iden Manor Nursing Home Celebrates Spencer’s 11 Years of Dedicated Care

Iden Manor Nursing Home is proudly celebrating a special milestone for Care Practitioner Spencer, who has completed 11 years of dedicated service at the home.

Spencer joined Iden Manor in June 2015 and has since become a highly valued member of the night team. Over more than a decade, his experience, loyalty and continued commitment have made a lasting difference to residents, their families and his colleagues.

Working through the night is an important part of care home life. Night team members provide reassurance, comfort and professional support while residents sleep, responding calmly and compassionately whenever someone needs assistance.

As an experienced Care Practitioner, Spencer has developed a deep understanding of the people he supports. His knowledge of residents’ individual routines, preferences and needs helps provide the consistency and familiarity that are so important within a care setting.

Umbreen David, owner of Iden Manor Nursing Home said: “We are incredibly proud to celebrate Spencer’s 11-year anniversary with us. Long-standing team members bring something very special to a care home. Spencer’s loyalty, professionalism and continued commitment are hugely appreciated by everyone at Iden Manor. We would like to thank him for everything he has contributed and thank him for his outstanding service over the past 11 years.”

Iden Manor Nursing Home believes that recognising milestones such as Spencer’s anniversary is an important way of celebrating the people whose dedication makes a difference to residents every day.

Employee loyalty is particularly valuable within social care, where strong and meaningful relationships are at the heart of providing high-quality, person-centred support.
