CCTV Image Released After Thefts At Ashford Designer Outlet

Police investigating a shoplifting incident in Ashford, have released a CCTV image of a person they would like to speak to in connection with after police arrested a man and seized a number of suspected stolen items.

Kent Police were alerted to a reported theft at the Ashford Designer Outlet on 23rd March 2025.

Officers arrived on scene and conducted an area search for a vehicle which had been seen leaving the area.

The vehicle was located on Norman Road shortly afterwards, and upon searching the vehicle, numerous items believed to be stolen were seized, alongside wire cutters and foil lined bags.

Homemade jackets with additional pockets on the inside, believed to be intended for the easy concealment of stolen goods, were also found.

One man was arrested at the scene and has been bailed whilst enquiries continue. An investigation is ongoing to identify anyone else involved.

Investigators have released CCTV images of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident, he may be able to help them with their enquiries.
