A 16-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of driving without a licence or insurance, and taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent.
This happened after a car was overturned on Rainham High Street around 3.20am on New Year’s Day. The photos provided by Benjamin Ruddock show the car on its roof in the middle of the road.
There were no reports of any injuries although the car was in a slightly worse state.
