A ‘happy’ cyclist has been stopped by Kent Police after being caught with a cannabis joint in his hand.
The male cyclist was pulled over by Police after being spotted in Sheerness.
After the police asked the man to stop at the side of the road they performed a quick search. During the search they uncovered a large bag of cannabis.
the bag was swiftly confiscated and the man has been fined.
