A fire at Allhallows Haven holiday park near Hoo, has destroyed a number of old caravans.
The fire took hold just after 9pm on Saturday evening and fire crews were quickly on the scene. People living nearby were asked to keep windows closed as thick black smoke filled the air.
It took the fire brigade around two hours to extinguish the fire. In total, six disused caravans at the bottom end of the site were completely destroyed in the blaze. Thankfully there was no damage to any of the occupied caravans on the site.
Although no-one was seriously injured, three people were treated for smoke inhalation.
The cause of the fire is unknown at present, although there is a split opinion between arson and a number of thunderstorms in the area at the time.
