Four Teenagers Arrested After Assaults In Tunbridge Wells

Four teenagers have appeared in court following a spate of robberies and assaults in Tunbridge Wells.

Between 3rd June and 21st June 2024, a man reported he had been repeatedly robbed of cash, bank cards and tobacco to the value of almost £1,000.

On 21st June, two other men alleged they had been assaulted in Calverley Grounds with one suffering multiple cuts to his head, and the second also suffering damage to his teeth, after both were struck by bottles. A further victim also reported he had been robbed of cash on the same date.

Four men were arrested on 4th July in connection with the incidents.

Jake Hall, 19, of Thorpe Avenue, Tonbridge; Marcus Casamenti, 18, of no fixed address, Andreas Stancu of George Street, 18, Tonbridge and Joshua Game, 18, of Foxglove Close, Edenbridge, were later charged with two counts of wounding with intent.

Mr Game and Mr Stancu were also charged with three counts of robbery and an attempted robbery, while Mr Casamenti was further charged with two robberies.

All four men were remanded in custody, pending a court hearing at Medway Magistrates’ Court in July.
