On Sunday 11th May, Kent police stopped a pink BMW on its way to a car meeting.
The driver was reported as the BMW had no front registration plate (it was actually placed upside down behind the windscreen), an illegal rear plate and heavy window tints.
The police have said that they will deal with attendees of anti-social meets robustly, with the driver receiving a number of fines.
