A children’s playground in Ramsgate has been set on fire deliberately.
The play area off Newington Road, near Ramsgate was shown to be well alight s people were seen standing nearby. It is thought the play area fire was started on purpose, as play areas tend not to self-combust.
As the play area is located near Ramsgate Fire Station, the brigade were soon on the scene to extinguish the flames.
