Storm Ciara is predicted to hit Kent this weekend – along with the rest of the UK, bringing gusts of up to 80mph.
A yellow weather warning has been issued by the Met Office, which is in force from 6pm on Saturday evening and all day Sunday until midnight. At least we all have time to clear the local supermarket of milk and bread during Saturday, before we have to batten down the hatches.
The storm is expected to bring plenty of dispution, from downed trees and powerlines, to next doors garden furniture falling over.

The weather system currently developing in the North Atlantic will bring strong winds and heavy rain across the whole of the UK through the end of the weekend and into the start of next week, meaning Mondays commute could be a bit slippery and you may have to dodge the odd flying sheep.
After the storm, the weather is predicted to remain unpredictable! A cold spell is thought to be headed our way, with some wintery showers and ice in some places.
