Yesterday afternoon Police officers on patrol became aware of a vehicle loitering around Gillingham.
Their suspicions were raised when the vehicle tried to evade the team after they realised they were under surveillance. The police were able to get the driver to stop!
Both occupants were detained and with assistance of a police dog ‘Clay’, a quantity of Class A drugs, cash and numerous phones were discovered.
Two people in the car were arrested for drug supply.
