An owner of two railway carriages has appealed for help to find the people who covered the coaches in graffiti.
The incident is said to have happened in the last 36 hours, as the coaches were stored at Shepherds Well nr. Dover, Kent
Owner Peter Spokes, who is part of the East Kent Railway Trust has asked those responsible to come forward and own up to the damage that they have caused.
He has said that the coaches are his personal trains, not the railways’ trains or a train companies trains. Therefore, any repair costs will need to come from his own pocket and not that of a large company.
He has said that he would prefer not to involve the Police and that he has photos and recovered a number of things from the scene that the perpetrators have touched, which could be used as evidence. .
He has asked responsible to come forward did this, or if anyone knows who is responsible, to come forward with information via social media platform X @realPeterSpokes
