At least four people wearing all black, armed with two sledge hammers, attempted to break into Blackwell Jewellers in Gravesend High Street at 12.23pm on Thursday 16th April.
Video footage taken during the robbery shows two men lifting the shutters amid smashed glass on the floor, before they flee the scene by motorbike with black rucksacks.
The suspects can then be seen racing along the high street before disappearing from view, as shocked onlookers watch on, in broad daylight.
A circular police cordon and cones was later put around the crime scene. Police are asking for help to locate the burglars.
