Children across Kent are putting on their fancy dress to join in with Joe Wicks PE lessons. Families in Kent are using the sessions to give their children some exercise whilst in lockdown. There has been a good selection of costumes on display, which can be a useful disguise when the television or best glassware gets smashed.
Joe Wicks , also known as ‘The Body Coach’ is doing 30 minute classes on YouTube for anyone who wants to get physical. The house is not always the best place for physical work-outs, so some have moved to the garden, thanks to the marvel of WiFi. Here is a young lad dressed in a ‘Incredible’ costume. Just incredible!
