This moped failed to stop for Police officers twice during patrols in Sevenoaks on Sunday 18th May.
The police then pursued it and the rider finally came to his senses and gave up having been blocked in by another police vehicle.
It transpired the rider had no insurance and had also been seen on his phone whilst riding.
Correction: We have been informed that this a Yamaha NMAX 125 scooter, not a moped.
