A silver Volkswagen Polo failed to stop after a collision in Medway around 3pm on Wednesday 12th June
Using ANPR, the police were able to predict its movement and then stop the vehicle on the move via a tactical stop.
Once the driver was removed from the vehicle, they could see they were uninsured and only passed their test 6 months ago. A court case and disqualification is now on its way to the driver.
