Fairways Care Home in New Romney celebrated World Emoji Day with an activity guaranteed to raise a smile.
The home’s community chose some of their favourite emojis before having great fun recreating the familiar expressions themselves.
From beaming smiles and surprised faces to cheeky expressions, everyone embraced the challenge and enjoyed plenty of laughter along the way.
The light-hearted activity encouraged everyone to be creative, express themselves and share an enjoyable experience with friends and team members.
Alison Yarnley, Manager at Fairways Care Home said: “It was such a simple idea, but it created so many joyful and memorable moments. Everyone really entered into the spirit of the activity. There were big smiles, lots of laughter and some brilliant emoji impressions. It was wonderful to see residents having fun together and encouraging one another.”
