Two Teenagers Stabbed In Orpington

Two teenagers have been taken to hospital after a double stabbing in Orpington.

The incident happened outside the Premier Inn Hotel just after 11.30pm on Wednesday 28th June.

Police Officers, London Ambulance Service crews, and an air ambulance attended the scene. Two teenagers were found to be injured and they were both taken to hospital for treatment, where one of them remains in a critical condition.

Two 17-year-old girls were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder and are being held in police custody.

A crime scene at The Walnuts Shopping Centre in Orpington High Street remained in place on Thursday, as officers continued to carry out enquiries. A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said “Police were called at 23:34hrs on Wednesday, 28 June to reports of a stabbing near to a hotel on The Walnuts, Orpington.”

“The two men were taken to hospital where one man remains in a critical condition. A crime scene remains in place at the location as officers continue to carry out enquiries. Two girls, both aged 17, were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder and are currently in police custody”.
