Kent Community Rail Partnership is asking all Kent locals to join them aboard their music train, on Saturday 14 March.
The Music Train will be a dedicated carriage on a train running along the picturesque Medway Valley Line – starting and finishing at Maidstone West Station. Once onboard, passengers will be treated to live music from Joe Cox, a magical show from Allan Swan, a rail related quiz, and drinks of an alcoholic and non-alcholic variety to get the party started.
Let’s hope there is a toilet onboard – that works!
There is only one ticket price as the event is aimed at adults however, any under 18’s are welcome and must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please note the rule just states an adult, not a parent!
Tickets guarantee a seat (on the train – you are not allowed to take the seat home) and they will endeavor to facilitate friends sitting together. If you do not like your friends, they wil lalso endeavor to sit friends apart.
To join in the ‘fun’, visit the partnership’s Eventbrite page and buy a ticket (£10). The train departs from Maidstone at 17:31, returning to the same station at 19:30.
For those who do not like loud music or want a quieter journey, other trains are available.
