Police in Medway stopped a green van today after spotting that the driver was not wearing a seatbelt.
After 90 minutes of delay, lies and excuses, the drivers identity was established. We are not sure why the police waited for 90 minutes for the man to give his identity and why he was not arrested sooner for not providing his details! What a waste of valuable police time.
The police also discovered the driver was driving whilst disqualified and had no insurance. The driver was reported for not wearing a seatbelt, driving whilst disqualified and without #insurance. The police also seized the vehicle.
