Sevenoaks Police were out patrolling the rounds around Swanley today when they encountered a cage tipper van full of scrap metal and white goods.
The vehicle was stopped by police to check its Waste Carrier licence which was in order. But the police found that there was no seat belt, so a Traffic Offence Report was issued to the driver.
